After a lengthy hiatus, I finally went back to the dentist. I was very impressed with S | F Family Dental. Dr. Fransoso was very professional and handled my visit well. Her staff was utmost helpful in every way possible. Most people cringe just thinking about sitting in that chair. After X-rays, photos, teeth cleaning, and check out, my experience was first class and look forward to my next visit. Thanks to the entire staff that was extremely accommodating to my needs.

Only positive experiences at the Sable & Fransoso office. The staff is friendly, quick to answer questions, and clear about expectations and any concerns I’ve had. I’ve been going to this office exclusively for at least four years, and I plan to continue doing so indefinitely. Under Dr. Sable and now Dr. Fransoso’s guidance and care, I’ve improved my dental health and overall wellbeing significantly. Dr. Sable is the most thorough, dentist I have ever been to. He asked me questions about my history, asked if I had any concerns, listened and offered suggestions. He took pictures of my bite and emailed them to me to show my orthodontist and gave me his direct line to give to my orthodontist should he have any questions. The hygienist was gentle and very thorough as well! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my new dentist!! I highly recommend, if you are looking for a great dentist!!!

Have been going to Dr. Sable for 36 years. He is the best of the best as far as dentists go. He is thorough, caring, and very competent. He has all the latest equipment, comfortable exam rooms, and great staff. I highly recommend.

Stephanie is an outstanding dentist and her team is exceptional. She explains clearly everything she is doing and what to expect, and the results are great. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family. Why anyone would go to one of the corporate dental offices is beyond me.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office today. I am an existing patient returning after approximately two years and was told that X-rays were mandatory before I could receive a cleaning or examination. And, that I was being treated as a new patient, even though I am not a new patient. There was no meaningful discussion about my individual dental history, risk factors, or concerns—just a blanket requirement that I undergo X-rays or forgo treatment. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the American Dental Association (ADA) and FDA guidelines recommend that radiographs X-rays be based on a patient's individual risk and clinical findings, not simply because a certain amount of time has passed. For adult recall patients with no clinical signs of decay and low risk for cavities, bitewing X-rays are generally recommended at intervals of 24 to 36 months, and imaging decisions should be made based on professional judgment and patient-specific needs. important to note that I was not visually evaluated. I was bothered also with the complete lack of flexibility or meaningful discussion. Rather than explaining my options, medical necessity, or addressing my concerns, the office presented the X-rays as a non-negotiable requirement. As a patient, I believe I should have the right to make informed decisions about my healthcare and understand why a procedure is being recommended. Instead of discussing whether X-rays were clinically necessary in my case, the office treated them as a mandatory administrative requirement. As a patient, I believe informed consent includes the ability to ask questions, understand the rationale for recommended procedures, and participate in decisions about my care. The staff was courteous, but the office's rigid policy left me feeling that patient autonomy and individualized care were secondary to office protocol. Patients should be aware that even if they are existing patients, they may be denied treatment if they decline X-rays, regardless of their personal circumstances.

Dr. Fransoso is the best dentist we've had. She and her staff not only provide excellent dental care, they also are so kind, caring and friendly.
